NorBot Systems Inc. - Acceptable Use Policy - Effective May 7, 2026, Version 1.0

Acceptable Use Policy

Usage rules for safe voice, CRM, demo, and outbound workflows.

Prohibited Uses

The Customer must not use the Service for:

  • Recording, transcribing, or analyzing calls without required disclosure or consent.
  • Outbound calls, SMS, or email to numbers or addresses where consent, unsubscribe, or Canadian DNC rules prohibit contact.
  • Spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal content, discriminatory treatment, or deceptive AI representation.
  • Diagnosis, pricing certainty, safety promises, warranty decisions, or emergency instructions without human review.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, security probing, or credential sharing.
  • Sharing API keys, provider secrets, dashboard credentials, or customer records outside approved staff and systems.
  • Automated loops, bot traffic, call flooding, load testing, or repeated non-human traffic that triggers abuse thresholds.

Abuse Thresholds

NorBot may flag, throttle, pause, or suspend sessions based on shipped abuse-detection rules, including calls longer than 10 minutes without useful intake progress, daily soft and hard minute caps, repeated caller dominance above 50 percent, 2x overage patterns, and other evidence-backed usage anomalies.

Suspension And Termination

NorBot may issue one warning for correctable abuse, suspend service after continued abuse, and permanently terminate after three material violations. Serious security, illegal, privacy, recording, spam, or safety violations may result in immediate suspension without a warning.

Customer Controls

The Customer must keep staff permissions current, review owner-approval queues, honor unsubscribe and deletion requests, and report suspected compromise or misuse promptly.
