Refund Policy

Manual refund policy for subscriptions and the public 90-day guarantee.

90-day Godfather Guarantee

NorBot offers a 90-day 25/5 Guarantee for the launch offer. In the first 90 days after paid activation, if NorBot Voice does not capture at least 25 qualified leads and book at least 5 paying customers from missed, overflow, after-hours, or website voice inquiries, NorBot will refund every dollar paid for the qualifying subscription and keep the AI Service Advisor running for an additional 30 days while the Customer transitions.

A qualified lead means a real service inquiry from a reachable customer or prospect with enough contact, vehicle, service need, and urgency information for the shop to review. A booked customer means a customer appointment or service visit that the shop accepts as booked or completed in its normal workflow.

  • Call forwarding stays active during the 90-day window.
  • The shop receives at least 50 inbound calls per month.
  • Owner reviews approval queue within 24 hours.
  • Refund review is manual by Ferdie Botden, paid within 5 business days.
  • Fraudulent traffic, disabled widgets, unavailable shop phones, blocked integrations, unreviewed approval queues, or materially inaccurate shop data supplied by the Customer may pause or disqualify the guarantee for the affected period.

Outside The 90-day Guarantee

Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial-month usage outside the 90-day Guarantee. A Customer may cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the paid period.

NorBot does not provide retroactive refunds. Annual prepay is refunded pro-rata for unused complete months after manual review, unless a signed order form says otherwise.

Manual Review Required

All refunds require manual review and approval by Ferdie Botden. The Service never auto-refunds through Stripe without human approval.
